Her Excellency, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, President of Croatia was awarded an honorary doctorate degree by Corvinus University of Budapest on 12 September 2017. The International Office appealed to The College for Advanced Studies of Diplomacy in Practice to help with both the preparation works and the appropriate management of the event.
Some voluntary members of the College (Nagy Franciska, Gólya Kitti Fanni, Bánáti Bence, Posta Csongor, Grád Zsófi, Zykova Nikoletta, Reinitz Kata) served as the main coordinators of the Diplomatic Corps and the VIP guests. They successfully accomplished all the tasks needed at the registration desks and at the security clearance gates, moreover, they outstandingly fulfilled every organizational scope of duties coming up at the event. The two referents of the College responsible for protocol (Jánosi Dóra and Orosz Fanni) accomplished their tasks in cooperation with other experienced affiliates.
